We use Australia Post for sending orders. Please refer to the information below for delivery periods according to the Australia Post website. If you have any questions, please get in touch. Delivery fees may change without notice. Orders placed prior to changes are not affected.

Handling Duration

The average handling time is up to 5 working days before your order is lodged for delivery. The handling time begins on the next working day after placing an order. The handling time may extend depending on products you have ordered. Some products require your input of information such as pet tag before it can be completed. We actively get in touch to expedite or fulfil the order as soon as possible so it gets in your hands faster.

Custom Order Lead Time

All custom order lead times are an estimate. See estimated times on the product page. We work on a first in first out process. Please get in touch, if your order is time crucial. Lead times does not include delivery time.

Returns

We comply with ACCC rules when it comes to returns.

Should an order be returned after going through the returns process, the delivery cost of the order is not refunded. Delivery cost is paid by the buyer for return orders. In the case of an order being refunded, goods must be sent back before a refund is made.

We do not accept returns or refunds on incorrect choice. If you need advice prior to purchasing, please get in touch.

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom made orders. We will replace the product(s) should it suffer from ‘major’ failure such as the NFC chip not functioning within the 12 months warranty period. Products that are used outside of their purpose and recommendation, and subjected beyond ‘reasonable’ and ‘fair use’ may have the warranty voided. If you have questions, please get in touch before making a purchase.

Post or Parcel Redirection

Post or parcels can be directed to a new address after they have been sent. Only you, the recipient, is allowed to redirect the post or parcel. We don’t have the authority to redirect. Please call Australia Post for redirection request. Use the tracking number sent to you as reference.

Incorrect Delivery Address & Uncollected Orders

Make sure the delivery address is correct, valid and the delivery form in the checkout is filled out correctly. An incorrect address will delay your order. We will contact you, if we find errors or incomplete address. On the occasion a post or parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, a new delivery fee will apply.

Post or parcel awaiting to be collected must be claimed in 10 business days. After this period, the post or parcel will be returned to us, if not claimed. A new delivery fee will apply.

Delivering To Selected Countries

We currently only sell and deliver to selected countries. We provide the paperwork for customs. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties when your border arrives at the destination coiuntry.
