ORDER NOTES. Please read below before placing an order!

1. Please read the product description and view product images thoroughly. Our system does not allow for a preview of your product including any customisation.
2. Lead time is only an estimate which is up to 10 working days. This could be extended during busy periods or delay caused by incorrect order information. Lead time excludes delivery time.
3. We work on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) order schedule for stock and custom orders. We don’t expedite orders base on your time constraint. This keeps our ordering system fair for everybody. Please get in touch before placing an order that is less than our estimated lead time.
4. Please check your text and/or artwork is correct. We do not check for errors such as typos. Fees apply for remaking tags or stands already finished.
5. Double check you have all the order requirements you need filled out such as programming. We make what you order. If requirements such as programming are not filled out, we do not program the NFC chip.
6. A phone must have NFC and is turned on to use this tag or stand.
7. Depending on use, cosmetic damage such as scratches, abrasions and material wear will show overtime.
8. Colours may look different when viewed on different device display.
9. We work with a print variance (when applicable) of up to 1.5mm. Avoid graphics suchs as thin lines or borders on the edges.

Available Models

1. NO QR code:  A phone MUST have NFC to use this stand. You can reprogram the NFC chip.
2. WITH QR code: Allows users without NFC in their phone to interact with the stand. You can reprogram the NFC chip. If your QR code is static, the link can’t be changed unless you redirect (for SEO purposes, we don’t recommend this). If you have a dynamic QR code, we recommend this option (dynamic QR codes is a paid third party service which we don’t offer).

Custom Logo On Base Plate

1. We print your logo on a matte WHITE base only.
2. Max artwork height is 25mm or max width is 100mm.

Custom Text On Base Plate

1. We print your custom text on white or black base
2. Maximum of 2 lines
3. Black base = White text
4. White base = Black text
5. Font is Helvetica Neue condensed. It allows more letters per line.
