Garment Applications

The tag must be fully enclosed in a pocket, label or cavity and sewn close.

Performance

Smaller tags have average performance in terms of read range and interaction area. A Ø20mm tag read range is between 0-2cm. The tag must be aligned with the phone’s NFC antenna for a successful read.

  5. Depending on use, cosmetic damage such as scratches, abrasions and material wear will show overtime.

Description

NFC Tag PPS NTAG213

Durable NFC Tag PPS NTAG213 is suitable demanding applications such as laundry. This tags is resistant to high temperatures, chemicals, weatherproof, impact, scratch, abrasion and dust resistant.

Not suitable for on metal and carbon fiber surface.

The tag has a thickness of around 2.6mm making it less bulky compared to ABS tags.
