1. While great care is taken during production and handling, resin finish tags will show minor cosmetic imperfections in the finished product.
2. Resin finished tags are durable but are highly sensitive to cosmetic imperfections, finger marks and damage caused friction.
3. Double check you have all the order requirements you need filled out such as programming. We make what you order. If requirements such as programming are not filled out, we do not program the NFC chip.
4. A phone must have NFC and is turned on to use this tag.
5. Depending on use, cosmetic damage such as scratches, abrasions and material wear will show overtime.
6. Colours may look different when viewed on different device display.

8. No return or refunds on full custom printed tags unless the tag suffers a major defect.
9. iPhones at this time can’t read phone tags programmed as vCard natively. The alternative to service both iPhone and Android users is to provide a URL where they can download your contact information.
